Palmela Partners is a principal-led firm founded by Blake J. Noah. Engagements are held by one accountable lead, giving clients direct access to the judgment, discretion, and ownership required to move sensitive cross-border matters forward.
Blake's perspective was formed inside the family-office world. His background includes more than a decade working within two single-family offices in Asia, with responsibility for specialty assets, private projects, and complex cross-border matters. He later led a Luxembourg-based multi-family office backed by a single-family office.
That experience shapes how Palmela works. Family offices are lean by design. They protect trust, discretion, capital, relationships, and legacy, but they are not built to carry direct execution across every jurisdiction their interests touch. Palmela exists to carry that work.
